Return and Replacement Policy

No product will be returned under the Return/Replacement Policy. You will be given the option of replacement.

The following points must be met for replacement.

  1. There should be a video of receiving the goods from the delivery boy and opening the product’s packaging. The product’s packaging will be shown clearly before opening it.
  2. The video must be clear in which the IMEI, name, image, brand, serial number, article number, bar code, MRP tag, instruction manual, charger, headphones, etc., free accessories, and combos (if any) should be visible.
  3. The video should be without any editing. The video should not be in pieces. All things should be in one video.
  4. Product validation is a must.
  5. We can troubleshoot your product using online tools, over the phone, and/or through other technology to help you resolve issues with your product.
  6. The product will only be replaced if a complex hardware-related problem occurs within the replacement period.

Computer Lo reserves the right to limit the number of returns per order unit after the defect in the product/order has been evaluated by an authorized representative of Computer Lo.
